Oasis Personnel Ltd was established in 2003 by myself Ryan Seaman as sole director, to meet what I perceived was a growing need for a recruitment specialist that could offer customers a highly responsive and flexible service without compromising quality or standards.

Much of our success is due to the importance we place on engaging staff that are not only technically competent but have the right personal qualities for the catering & hospitality industry. Our permanent team of management and consultants has continually developed over the years.
