Our Catering Division provides numerous disciplines of staff for both local and national clients in many sectors of the catering industry. The vacancies below will focus on hotels, restaurants and event catering. For temporary and contract staff we offer transport, training and holiday pay.

TEMP CATERING POSITIONS

Head Chef/ Directors Single - £10.00+ PER HOUR

• Responsible for the running of the kitchen including food preparation and production.
• Supervision of all kitchen staff, Health and safety and discipline.
• Ordering and stock control, menu planning and financial controls.


Sous Chef/Chef De Partie – Directors Brigade - £ 7.00 + PER HOUR

• Required to cover any section of the kitchen, prepare and produce food clean own section.
• Supervise CDP’s in brigade and Kitchen Porters.
• When necessary deputise for Head Chef.
• CDP – Should be experienced in working in a hospitality environment.


Chef De Partie - £6.00+ PER HOUR

• Required to cover any section of the kitchen, prepare and produce food, in accordance with Head Chef’s instructions.
• Clean down own section and if necessary any general cleaning requested.



Catering Assistant - £5.80+ PER HOUR

• Responsible to a supervisor or team leader- working in a public area or private enclosure.
• Preparation and serving various foods including sandwiches or hot food, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
• Must be able to handle cash competently and use various tills.
• Ensure all counters are clean and tidy and all items appear attractively to the customer.


Porters - £ 5.80+ PER HOUR

• Responsible to a supervisor or team leader- working in all area of the event site.
• Assist with the distribution of liquor, food, stock and furniture or equipment- ensure to adhere to Health and Safety criteria.
• Empty bins and dispose of spillages and breakages immediately.
• Assist with table clearing and washing up where necessary.


Wash Up & Kitchen Porters - £ 5.80+ PER HOUR

• Responsible to a supervisor, team leader or chef- working in all area of the event site.
• Washing up heavy duty pots & pans, cutlery, crockery & glassware.
• Remove refuse & unwanted waste to disposal areas.
• Cleaning down work areas at end of each day.
• Sweeping and mopping of floors in the work area.
