| Bar Manager or Personal License Holder ** • Responsible for a team - working in public bars, private boxes or hospitality areas, or in a restaurant. • Stock & Cash Management. • Serving drinks including spirits, wine, champagne or draught beer- ensuring to use the correct measures and charging the correct prices. • Must be able to handle cash competently and use various tills. • Assist with table clearing and keeping the bar clean and tidy. • Setting-up for the next day or forth-coming events. | Bar Supervisor ** • Responsible to a manger working in a restaurant, private box or hospitality area. • Assist with set up. • Stock & Cash Management. • Have knowledge of food and drinks menus. • Serving drinks including spirits, wine, champagne or draught beer- ensuring to use the correct measures and charging the correct prices. • Must be able to handle cash competently and use various tills. • Assist with table clearing and keeping the bar clean and tidy. • Setting-up for the next day or forth-coming events. | Bar Team Leaders ** • Responsible to a supervisor or manager - working in public bars, private boxes or hospitality areas, or in a restaurant. • Stock & Cash Management. • Serving drinks including spirits, wine, champagne or draught beer- ensuring to use the correct measures and charging the correct prices. • Must be able to handle cash competently and use various tills. • Assist with table clearing and keeping the bar clean and tidy. • Setting-up for the next day or forth-coming events. | Bar Staff ** • Responsible to a supervisor or team leader- working in public bars, private boxes or hospitality areas, or in a restaurant. • Serving drinks including spirits, wine, champagne or draught beer- ensuring to use the correct measures and charging the correct prices. • Must be able to handle cash competently and use various tills. • Assist with table clearing and keeping the bar clean and tidy. • Setting-up for the next day or forth-coming events. | Glass Collectors • Responsible to a supervisor or team leader- working in a public area or private enclosure. • Clear away any rubbish and return any non-disposable items to their appropriate places. • Collect glasses and return to bar / kitchen area. • Required to load and unload glass cleaning machine. • Collect and clean ashtrays, tables and other surfaces with appropriate cleaning materials. • Prepare area for subsequent days. | Bar Porters • Responsible to a supervisor or team leader- working in all area of the event site. • Assist with the distribution of liquor, food, stock and furniture or equipment- ensure to adhere to Health and Safety criteria. • Empty bins and dispose of spillages and breakages immediately. • Assist with table clearing and washing up where necessary. | Restaurant Manager • Responsible for a team working in a restaurant, private box or hospitality area. • Assist with set up. • Stock & Cash Management. • Have knowledge of food and menus. • Serve plated food correctly to customers. • Clear down and tidy items ready for next day or at the end of an event. • Serving drinks including spirits, wine, champagne or draught beer- ensuring to use the correct measures and charging the correct prices. • Must be able to handle cash competently and use various tills. • Assist with table clearing and keeping the bar clean and tidy. • Setting-up for the next day or forth-coming events. | Restaurant Supervisor • Responsible to a manger working in a restaurant, private box or hospitality area. • Assist with set up. • Stock & Cash Management. • Have knowledge of food and menus. • Serve plated food correctly to customers. • Clear down and tidy items ready for next day or at the end of an event. • Serving drinks including spirits, wine, champagne or draught beer- ensuring to use the correct measures and charging the correct prices. • Must be able to handle cash competently and use various tills. • Assist with table clearing and keeping the bar clean and tidy. • Setting-up for the next day or forth-coming events. | Restaurant Team Leader • Responsible to a supervisor or Manager - working in a restaurant, private box or hospitality area. • Assist with table lay-up. • Have knowledge of food and menus. • Serve plated food correctly to customers. • Clear down and tidy items ready for next day or at the end of an event. | Waiting Staff • Responsible to a supervisor, team leader or head waiter- working in a restaurant, private box or hospitality area. • Assist with table lay-up. • Have knowledge of food and menus. • Serve plated food correctly to customers. • Clear down and tidy items ready for next day or at the end of an event. | Catering Assistant • Responsible to a supervisor or team leader- working in a public area or private enclosure. • Serving various foods including sandwiches or hot food, soft drinks, tea and coffee. • Must be able to handle cash competently and use various tills. • Ensure all counters are clean and tidy and all items appear attractively to the customer. | Wash Up & Kitchen Porters • Responsible to a supervisor, team leader or chef- working in a kitchen. • Washing up heavy duty pots & pans, cutlery, crockery & glassware. • Remove refuse & unwanted waste to disposal areas. • Cleaning down work areas at end of each day. • Sweeping and mopping of floors in the work area. | Table Clearers • Responsible to a supervisor or team leader- working in a public area or private enclosure. • Clean and set-up all tables, chairs, ashtrays prior to opening. • Clear away any rubbish and return any non-disposable items to their appropriate places. • Collect and clean ashtrays, tables and other surfaces with appropriate cleaning materials. • Prepare area for subsequent days. | Porters • Responsible to a supervisor or team leader- working in all area of the event site. • Assist with the distribution of liquor, food, stock and furniture or equipment- ensure to adhere to Health and Safety criteria. • Empty bins and dispose of spillages and breakages immediately. • Assist with table clearing and washing up where necessary. |
